These look AMAZING- I'm a sucker for any cookie that uses peanut butter. (though I'll be using almond butter) In fact, I'm wondering if there's a way to cut back on the sugar.. Well, at least for the first time I'll follow the rules. My boyfriend has gmat classes all day Sunday and this is the perfect way to reward him for his efforts when he gets home!

Oh man, Peanut Butter & Co is so delicious and fun. I love there White Chocolate peanut butter. Very good stop for your NYC trip!
