		<description>I made this today and it&#039;s great.  I did increase the beet amount (yum) and the garlic amount (yum) but the garlic flavor was still really mild.  I think for a stronger garlic punch you should skip the sauteing step and just cook the onions - not the garlic as well.  Cooking really takes the punch out of garlic!

		<description>I have a good friend who passed this recipe on to me ... she&#039;s the one who got me this gorgeous bouquet of large and fresh, golden beets! They&#039;re beautiful. I thought it would go well in this recipe ... and let me tell you-THEY DID! It turned out to look more like &quot;real&quot; hummus but with some of that earthy beet taste. I do agree with you, it could use a little more garlic and maybe one more beet. So delish!! My kids ate it too. Thanks.</description>
